The rights, qualifications, powers and duties of the 44th District Democrats. These bylaws are adopted during the biennial reorganization meeting of the body. They can only be amended after adoption by a two-thirds majority vote of the elected and appointed PCOs.

These bylaws cannot be suspended.

These rules govern the powers and rights of the body, and it’s committees. These Standing Rules are adopted at the biennial reorganization meeting of the body. They can be amended by a simple majority vote of the eligible membership.

These Standing Rules can be suspended by a two-third majority vote of the eligible membership.

The Code of Conduct details the protections granted to the membership regarding the conduct of other members of the organization.

All members and PCOs must agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.

The Platform is adopted every two years during the LD Convention and stands to embody the beliefs and goals of the 44th LD Democrats.
